Seeking Proposals: Updating PGSD for More Social Impact

The Public Good Society of Dartmouth is seeking Proposals from individuals and teams to act as “Project Lead” for a project new called: Analyzing & Updating Operational & Governance Structures for Social Impact.

This new project, funded by the Canadian Red Cross Community Services Recovery Fund, will be focused on the internal aspects of the organizational level, focusing on how operational systems and strategic governance that support current and future collaborative projects can be improved and sustained. It will also actively engage existing and potentially new partners to better understand the role PGSD can play to make the biggest impact going forward.

Summary

Wanted: A consultant or consulting team to act as “Project Lead” for a new initiative providing strategic, governance, and operational reviews and recommendations to the Public Good Society of Dartmouth.

Timeline: September 2023 - June 30, 2024

Budget: $43,500 + HST ($50,000 total)
